First head to Amazon and the
Kindle Unlimited Gift page. It looks like this:
Select your subscription length: 6 months, 12 months, or 24 months.
Make sure the "This is a Gift" box is checked. Then press the button "Add Kindle Unlimited to Cart." You will have one more screen asking you to proceed to checkout, press that button.
Next, proceed to a screen that looks like this:
On this screen don't forget to add the recipient's email and the date you would like your gift delivered. You can also customize your gift message.
The recipient does need to have an Amazon account (they can always create one if they don't have one already), but you do
not need to send the gift to the email address associated with their Amazon account.
Click save gift options and then place the order.
